On September 17th, the Shuohuang Railway Development Co., LTD under China Energy completed the transportation of 27 trains with a total weight of 100,000 tons, breaking its previous daily record.

The Company proactively adjusted its transportation capacity resources, fully leveraging the efficiency of the integrated transportation channel and regional resource advantages. They seized the opportunity to increase non-coal transportation and took various measures to stabilize its favorable trend. Internal and external coordination was strengthened, following the principles of close monitoring of each train, daily coordination, and flexible adjustments.

They conducted thorough investigations into the sources of goods, identified the root causes of any issues, and formulated measures to supplement transportation capacity, ensuring a stable supply of goods at various stations. The Company also enhanced the adjustment of the structure of heavy freight and optimized the allocation of transport carriages and capacity.

By implementing a "one station, one plan" approach for loading and unloading coordination, they improved the realization rate of loading plans and vehicle utilization. Additionally, they intensified daily communication and coordination with dedicated lines, continuously optimized transportation organization and cargo inspection processes, and maximized the advantages of unloading machinery to further enhance the efficiency of terminal unloading. As a result, transportation efficiency was significantly increased, and daily unloading records were repeatedly broken.
